do you know
what i need
is
a new space,
a place where
i can speak to you
in a new language,
where
familiar words
have
unfamiliar meanings,
letting me say
the unutterable things.
away from definitions
and
interpretations
and
incapacitating parentheses -
where
you can just close your eyes
and listen to
the free falling words
in a melody
they sometimes call love,
inside the space
we normally call poetry.
