A Search Poem by Anirudh Induchudan Anirudh Induchudan

A Search

thunder
lightning
swirling winds
dear girl, with your sweat
scented hair in my hand
i searched for ecstasy from your body
i continued swimming
into your mysterious ocean
you wore a mask
i too wore one...
after the battle we lay
seperated
looking above
you didnt understand me
i didnt understand you
only thing we exchanged were the taste of our sweat.
