I love you so why can't you tell
I guess I try to hide the truth
You don't understand I already fell
The time is now while we have our youth

I want you to know how I truly feel
I don't want to waist any more time
You gave me time but my heart will not heal
I want our love to climb and climb

I opened up to you and I was crushed
So return the favor, take the chance
I understand maybe I rushed
I await the day I get just a glance

Until then I will always know
The love I feel will always flow
