A simple wave
A gesture of hello
Could have helped
But who were you to know?

Every night she was hurt
By one you would think would love
But instead he brought her down
To the violence of this

Every night she would cry
And cry
And ask god
Why why why?

I did not do anything
To help her
And now she rests in peace

Cause that one night
Where he brought her down
And she just could no longer be around

She drank them down
And layed to rest
The hurt that lay in side

Now we know
A smiple wave
A gesture of hello
Could have helped
But who were we to know?
