A Snowy Path Poem by Pamela Storch

A Snowy Path

A winding road of winter,
Tree limbs graced with softened snow,
The sunlight-sparkled branches,
Catch the light and shine aglow,

The winter wind moves through the air,
An icy frigid freeze,
Crescendoes into howling,
Then diminuendo, breeze,

The winter wind is music,
Can you hear the frost-filled air?
The whisperings of silence,
Then a singing gust, aware,

A scenic winter wonderland,
That nature paints today,
Tomorrow issues brush strokes,
Nature's art, a brand-new day.
