Jordyn Heal

A Wall - Poem by Jordyn Heal

I stand straight and strong
It's hard to break me down
For supports hold me up
I protect what I can
I see what others don't
What I know is secrets
I have witnessed many things
Some good, some bad some inbetween
I have seen and endured what no one should
I am taken for granted
Yet I am missed when I'm gone
I can be painted different colours
Depending on who is using me
I'm repaired and painted over.
