A world devoid of war
Is just a dream so far
Battle all to clinch the crown
Soldiers fall drenched and drown(ed)
In their wine red warm blood
Battlefield’s swarmed with a flood
Of tattered hearts all caged
By clattering darts which raged
Screaming and piercing ears
While kids pouring out tears
Out of their hearth faded
And a dead breath raided
No one standstill but lay
Within flowers of May
Through the earth dull and glum
Unfathomable, can’t plumb
Death, lack of warmth and peace
Innocents lose their lease
A general gets badges and wreath
Grace and elegance both found in myth
The heavens are dank and dark
The cheerless hills look stark
Human beings all in pain
Even the sky does not rain
Everyman’s gone awry
It makes our Lord give a cry
SO, you see A WORLD DEVOID OF WAR
As once said IS JUST A DREAM SO FAR
