Absence Of Sound Poem by Shelvakumari Thachayil

Absence Of Sound

A small "library" in the heart
There are some pictures amd
Moments which I like most
Sometimes I catch a glimpse
In softened waves of blue
Life is a fragile affair
Put some moments in safe
Then could open it when it wanted
Only with the code would know
Lift my spirit every day
Think of that beautiful pictures
One by one lose those love the most
The loss will leave a big pit
Hearts struggle to avoid it
More at the time of night
At the end there are survival
After a storm slowly begin to remember
The one lost in the way
Never apart in my life
Always be happy in my heart.
