Afloat Poem by prabhakar bhatlekar

Afloat

There wasn't any frame but
assumption only.
There was no road going anywhere!
Life is a pathless land
where you stand for ages
as you hate to sit and relax.
a vast land below the vast sky.
The bird in the sky watch
you curiously as an
some unmoving object.
You dream, of wings and
for your own sky.
This fine emptiness is
wonderful to feel.
Stick some dreams over it.
Mind is a mighty sea
for a great journey and
you've to keep floating.
The bird is watching.
You extend your hand to
touch it's wings.
Far away there's a dream-boat
watching you but you
want to keep floating.
All is beautiful without
the frame and there's no road
to frighten you.
