Africa; No More Chained Lions 2

No More Chained Lions 2

We nee to checkmate, the external geopolitical watchdogs
Names for the security and safety monitor group
Purposed, designed to checkmate the influence of
The US, EU, West, Arab, and Asian interests.
They are all friends for benefit

The chains of the past were forged in the hold,
Where the wealth of the soil was bartered and sold.
For too long the continent bled from the seam,
As external empires dissolved every dream.

They fractured the borders, they exploited the flaws,
And wrote out the script of unequal laws.
But the dawn is rewriting the code of the land,
With sovereign focus and unified hand.

No more shall the raw gold and oil take flight
To enrich distant shores in the dark of the night;
Through processing hubs and factories built high,
The wealth of the soil stays under our sky.

With the bonds of AfCFTA woven and deep,
The promise of freedom is ours now to keep.
We remember the leaders who stood in the light,
Whose visions were stolen by stealth in the night.

No more shall foreign contractors control
The safety of states or the shield of the soul.
An indigenous vanguard, well-vetted and wise,
Now watches the borders with vigilant eyes,

Enforcing the pacts that no coup shall erase,
Ensuring the future inherits their trace.
Look West to the empires,
look East to the powers,

The wealth of this continent solely is ours.
A monitor group now stands at the gate,
To checkmate the interests that meddle with fate.
From Washington's halls to the capitals of Europe,

From Arab finances to Asian enterprise,
We balance their movements, we limit their reach,
Defending the sovereignty treaties would bleach.
A proactive shield on the land and the sea,

A military check on what forces may be,
No foreign maneuvers or bases shall spread
Without a response from the path that we tread.
And deep in the nations, where fractures may hide,

An eye is kept sharp for the small and denied;
A council to watch for minorities' peace,
To ensure that internal oppressions shall cease.
The pillage is ending, the flows are contained,

No longer by debt or evasion sustained.
With resource reliance and strength in the core,
The children of Africa stumble no more.
Unfettered, unyielding, autonomous, grand,

The masters at last of our own sacred land.
How best do I address you, The Sovereign Watch hand(s
Beyond the colosseum from Betrayal to Sovereignty
Or The Cost of Vision, the Shield of truth against enmity

What about, the resource war and the watchmen
Just set Africa free, no more chained lions, not a weak men
Let us break this cord; let be indeed independent
The umbilical cord of dependence, it is s dent.
