AIRLINE
Turbulence when in the air, is scary
Yet rarely a need for any Hail Mary
But a worry if the pilot sounds wary
Planes these days are relatively safe
So please stop crying like a lost waif
We'll soon be down on the ground
Runways are all long enough, in fact
And on radar we are always tracked
Hopefully we'll all still remain intact
With the wheels and flaps fully down
And a skilled captain of great renoun
All those who faint will come round
Tyres all screech and the engines roar
But they've often landed here before
And soon they will open up the door
To let fresh air in and passengers out
Some quite eager to leave, no doubt
All now feeling quite safe and sound
All cabin crew with their fixed smiles
It's been years, clocking up the miles
Recalling uniforms in different styles
But here now, it's a day to just relax
With tasty food that the airline lacks
And so glad of the rest, I'll be bound
