All Does Glow

All Does Glow
--FreeBird 02

One cross hangs in the window
Another upon the door
Church brings more
Than it did before.

Cattle in the pasture
Puppies in the pond
This country girl
Fits unlike before.

Havoc often appears
Accident here
Personal loss there
But each time Jesus reappears.

Seven times I did plead
Seven times the answer was near
So in the purple haze
I did walk clear.

Now a dragonfly
Rests upon my totem pole
Overseeing each destination
I must go.

Now all comes and goes
With each day I must grow
A seeking happiness
From up above…
…which does glow.
