All Of These Things - 2005 - Poem by Bill Grace

That come and go
Are handled best by hope
Through storm and stillness
That somehow the better spirit leads
And from this though we can not know
There is deposit for good.

In the end it is hope, or faith, and I like 'somehow the better spirit...' because we don't know where these virtues come from.
