All That Is Just Poem by Mustafa Marconi

All That Is Just

I’m wandering
Wandering through the creations of my mind
Feeling the life of positive vibrations
The soothing comfort of a creative state of mind
Praying earnestly for guidance and direction
For clarity of thought and understanding
Fearful of complacency
For when my mind wanders in darkness, It stalls
Suspended in a state of timelessness
Yet in a state of confusion
Drifting aimlessly thanks to unfocused visions
Earthly desires, and fragmented thoughts
Seeking direction I stumble
For the paths are void of light
Void of consciousness
Where the rushing rivers of self determination
Strength and perseverance
Are easily corralled
By an endless stream of psychological levies and dams
So I make it my mission
To openly embrace knowledge
And to patiently welcome wisdom
To passionately seek the light
For it is all that is good
All that is righteous and just
Striving to be worthy of countless blessings
I solemnly pray for guidance and direction
I’m wandering
Wandering through the creations in my mind
Passionately seeking the light
For it is all that is good
All that is virtuous and all that is just
