Alone

Her face is void of emotion
Considering the commotion.
She is feeling numb.
Her brain is not stopping
Her emotions are coming to a screeching halt.
The blank look in her eyes
Hides the fact that she is about to cry.
And I feel for the child.
The poor lonely child.
She is very alone.
