You know it really hurts
Knowing you’ll never love me
The way I love you
I want you to love me the way I love you
To tell me you love me
To hold me in your arms
I cant watch you be happy with another person
It hurts so much more than you’ll ever understand
Knowing you’ll never hold me and tell me that im yours
And you are mine
But I’ll always be here
Waiting
For you to one day
Tell me that You love me
That you’ve always loved me
I’ll always be in the background
Of the painting of your life
I will always be the unheard sound
In your love song
I know all of this but yet
I still find me wanting you
I still find myself thinking about you
You wont leave my mind
Your face
Your voice
Your smile
Will never leave my mind
They will always be there
Haunting my every thought
I love you
Is all I want to say to you
But I know that you’ll reject it
That you’ll turn it into something less than what i meant
But I will always mean more than what you perceive
I will always wait here
I will always be here
I will comfort you when you are upset
I will be the one you go to with problems about anything
But I will always just be the best friend
You will never understand how much you mean to me
You will never understand that I care for you
That I love you and always will
As long as I am here you will always be loved
It may hurt to watch you be happy with other people other than me
