If I get hit am I still on my feet
Can I be near a fire and stand the heat
Can I close my eyes and still write neat
Can I go hours thinking of why did we meet
If when I do I wished I never gave you one of my fake greets
When at 12 I'm still on the streets
All alone making pretend its alright
When I look in the mirror I just wonder why I still write
In the sky I see the stars knowing it isn't night
When I sit inside at 1pm and theres no light
When I think I've lost a fight
But when I get up theres noone there
This just aint fair
Me loosing my mind
Just because I love you has changed signs
