An Angel Took My Heart Away

An angel took my heart away,
And became the devil as he flew away,
He never came back,
Never even took the time to pack.
So in my prayers I ask God to say hello,
Because I know,
He'll come back if he needs me,
And I'll tell him exactly why he should let me be.
Because that angel stole my heart away,
And became the devil as he flew away.
