An Opportunity.. Poem by Yamini Iyer

Opportunity is a blessing when sent,
Is a new path on the dead end,
The door to it seems half open,
I wanted to check other doors, when
I kept knocking the doors by the side,
Eyes in tears, in search for a guide,
I tried, tried and tried!
I let myself see,
What many doors couldn't be
Was this door, the unnoticed, as said,
I could not believe where it led,
No it's not so late,
After all the hate,
I realised I was so content,
That, it was meant
For me to see it right,
When I needed light!
