Angels Poem by Joseph M Donatelli

Angels

Bright angelic faces flow appear
From out of spirit where
Silent singing floating orbs compose
Lolling round my dark bedroom amused
Come freeing peaceful faces far removed
From earthly agonies
And the rushing of fast flesh consumed
Fly through free air uncaught and fly away
Shadowed blackness and before resumes
Leaving no sign except a near remembered tune
