Anger Causes Storms Inside
Anger is more than an emotion
it is a force-
Just like the wind
it can blow you off course.
It can start to stir within
attacking your vital organs is where it begins.
So become consciously more aware
of how you think, feel and do share.
Stay positive in this realm
it affects all others just as well.
