Anna, I Am Not Wrong Poem by Sebastian Soberania

Anna, I Am Not Wrong

anna, i am not wrong
the sun still rises
the rain stoppe

anna, i am not wrong
the day is brighter
and the grass still glistens
with their pearly dews

anna, i am not wrong
the trees still dance with the wind
the birds still chirp their songs of hope

anna, i am not wrong
the seas are still crystal blue
the ships still keep coming at the port

anna, i am not wrong
this life is still as beautiful as i think it to be
you have taken the wrong direction
anna, it is still a wrong decision to take one's life away.

today, i take this silence as an offering to your sweet repose.
let me weep anna, but it will only be as short as my silence.
