I'd be lying if I told you
I wasn't miserable without you.
Things in my eyes are changed into
elaborate torture machines that remind
me of you.
Song stocks my lonesome head
Inprinting note and lyric of songs
You've sung quietly in my ear.
I've caught myself staring
at billboards and castles thinking
of every moment we've shared.
I've spaced into universes unknown
to man where we were attached by the hand
and couldn't be happier.
Yet another sigh moans out of my mouth
As I continue to search for such a universe.
