Another War Poem by Allegro Leon K.

Another War

My solitary figure, quiet by the shore
Reminiscing days of peace within the war,
Gazing as the stars are bathing in the sea,
Wondering if fear will ever set me free.
My broken dream of youth's desire,
Memories of love, blood, fire,
Warriors marching, ships assail,
One united, peace prevails.
My odyssey, a mystic race
Where gods and goddesses embrace,
The battles fought, the triumphs vast,
The glory of an eternal past.
