Anxiety Poem by Gift Cletus

Anxiety

In the depths of my mind, anxiety takes hold,
A whirlwind of thoughts, a story yet untold.
Heart racing, palms sweating, a constant fight,
But I'll rise above, find my inner light.

Each breath, a reminder of strength within,
I'll conquer this battle, no matter how thin.
Through the darkness, I'll find my way,
Anxiety may linger, but it won't make me sway.
