As Do The Poor Citizens (Double Bussokusekika)

As Do The Poor Citizens (Double Bussokusekika)

When a cop gets shot
While in the line of duty
Thousands see him off
When a citizen is killed
By a cop who's on duty
Few attend their funeral

Do those who attend
Their fellow cop's funeral
Get paid tax dollars
To attend such funerals
Or is it out of kindness
As do the poor citizens

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
I am just curious if taxpayers pay for all of the public servants to attend such funerals? ? ?

I was in a boys camp once when my mother passed away...I was told that if I wanted to attend her funeral...I would have to pay the overtime salaries of two camp officers and room and board for them as well as the gas and transportation costs...

So...I sure hope those ass***** don't get paid tax dollars to attend such funerals from all over the US...

Needless to say...I did not get to attend my mother's funeral...Oh well...

HAPPY MOTHERS DAY! ! !
