I stumble upon a woman, burdened by fears.
A soul so heavy, laden with sorrow,
Her spirit crushed today, and every tomorrow.
In the depths of her heart, aching and sore,
She carries the weight of rejection once more.
At work, they sneer and whisper behind her back,
Their disdain like poison, seeping through every crack.
But this lady, oh she is made of strength,
With resilience that stretches to an infinite length.
For she possesses a courage that's hard to find,
In a world so unkind, it's a treasure to bind.
Her own family, blinded by envy or spite,
Cast her aside as if she were nothing but blight.
Yet through it all, she clings onto hope's thread,
Refusing to let despair dictate where she treads.
And when life dealt its cruelest blow,
Taking away her beloved mother Raisibe so.
The ache within her intensified tenfold,
Yet faith remained steadfast, resilient and bold.
For this woman is not just any ordinary being,
She's a real Mbokodo, stronger than what you're seeing.
In the face of adversity, she finds solace in grace,
Embracing each struggle with unwavering embrace.
Her tears may fall freely down weary cheeks,
But even in darkness, hope never leaks.
Through shattered dreams and broken nights,
She remains unbowed; her spirit alights.
So let us learn from this remarkable soul,
That endurance can mend even the deepest hole.
No matter how dark our paths may be cast,
Hope can guide us home while healing scars from the past.
