'Assurance' Poem by joseph nez

'Assurance'

I remember you...
standing amidst in the procession of Kindness.
Given favor by the assurance of Love once wrote...
that long suffering and kind, never broke.
Never spoke herself unseemly,
seeks not her own.
From the planting of her children,
her's is a song gently sown.
How beautiful to be not easily provoked,
think no evil...
in the strength of righteousness of oak.
When injustice falls on others,
She considers in law of Love...
the set moments in loyalty for that above.
This Dove rejoices through the entrance of her heart.
Her chamber is fortified by the law of Kindness.
Her's are the things of rarity,
that bare all things, believe all things,
hope and endure all things...
the Symphony of Charity
