At The End Of The Day Poem by Mark Oloo

There was plenty to do during the day,
From morning, jumping from one hustle to the next,
Looking for money, that buys all that is needed,
At the end of the day.

Learning new concepts, and various practices,
And tools to the trade, are purchased accordingly,
Actively participating in economic activities,
That put the extra Shilling in the pocket.

Trial and Error, learning from some mistakes,
Trying not to fall short, time and again,
Completing various tasks, and marking Done,
Some still have a reminder, looking for the time.

Stand corrected, over and over,
I still try my best, but struggle with shortcomings,
Making sense of goals and targets,
Before making any new years resolutions.
