Autumn Poem by A Dreamer

These autumn leaves touched me once again
I felt the distance and the pain
I remember when you gave me that leaf for the first time
And my heart made with you some unbreakable ties.

All the walks in the winter evenings
Holding your hand the songs I used to sing
And your deep eyes spoke all that your heart could not
And I can still feel the relief your touch always brought

You are far away from me some thousands of miles
And this leaf still made me smile
As it brings that moment we spent together
And I will wait for you forever and ever.
