Avian Joy (Monotetra) Poem by Terry Hoffman

Avian Joy (Monotetra)

Nature just makes me laugh and sing;
it brings such joy to ev'rything;
a rush of sound as birds take wing.
I am a king! I am a king!

In skies above where eagles fly,
the falcons hunt, just hear their cry
as they are mounting to the sky.
I smile and sigh! I smile and sigh!

Old Mother Nature's own sweet way,
it makes me want to sing and play,
throw all my cares and woes away.
Keep them at bay! Keep them at bay!
