Two years without you in llife
Not hearing the way you said my name
Your bright shining eyes
Looking at me, seeing through me
You loved me and I loved you
Back then there was nothing we couldn't be
Because we were you and we were me
And we were together
We were one
When you left - you made me cry
My heart and soul were empty....aching
Now, you're coming back
Confusion lingers, questions in my head
I thought my heart mended and moved on
I thought my heart had let go
Butterflies fill me inside
Do we still have what we had?
On rhe night we meet again
We shall see what is meant to be
