This morning I had a chance
To witness a captivating sunrise
My lips cracked a little smile
But I felt tears in my eyes

It's like a breath of fresh air
My positivity recreated
Like I finally found my soul
A dead heart reincarnated

I realized there's still beauty
In this world and in a life so bitter
I miss this feeling
When life was all beautiful and sweeter

Oh how I wished
All the beautiful things could stay
But just like the sun
It comes and goes away
