Tiny cherub toes
giggles; bubble baths
dimpled pink noses
Bright smiles…
eyes exploring
Their world
Discovering—empowerment
It belongs to the youth!
Their moment in the
sun
to Dream, wish, and wonder
Hope for a future
Wrapped up, in terrycloth
Safe—
We pray, that someday
They will be…
Strong, Independent,
Successful, steadfast,
Loving, Thoughtful,
Equipped for this world!
