Behave Poem by Victoria Horn

Behave

No I may not be the prettiest
Or the tallest you've seen
I know I'm the best one you've had
With me, you have to keep it clean
There's no need
For those dirty jokes
If you want to talk like a sailor
Guzzle down the rum and coke
I will not put up with it
I'm here to set you right
There is no reason to argue
We don't have to fight
Just promise me
You will act polite
Especially when
We go out in public tonight.
