Behind The Naughty Girl Poem by Soumyendu Halder

Behind The Naughty Girl

I’m not interested in similarities or dissimilarities!

Because I really don’t want to come back from where she has carried me.

The beauty I’ve imagined may come with the time

now it resembles her mother’s face

she is still learning her steps

holding her father’s hand she has returned from sea shore just now.

These pictures are just like silent ocean without waves

so I’ve not realized how far I’ve come with this girl!

Then you’ve come here with your natural tune

and all the stars have vanished abruptly.

Clouds are coming here for whom I don’t know

but they have stopped seeing you here.

You’ve told me to find the real girl behind the naughty girl.

I’ve to start that process of finding now.
