Best friends are hard to find. I got lucky at a time of when I thought I had no one. My best friend when I first met her she was my personal trainer. Now we are best friends. She has helped me throughout my journey of fitness, and changing my life.

Best friends are unique, inspirational, and can be mentors. My best friend is a beast, courageous, and confident.

She can count on me for a shoulder to cry on.
We are there for each other through thick and thin.
We laugh, cry, and make memories.
She is my mentor, fitness coach, and my Best Friend!
