Between Birth And Death. Poem by WIN VENTURA

Between Birth And Death.

We enter this world with empty hands,
We leave with nothing we can claim.
Between our birth and final breath...
Life quietly writes our name.

Some days are filled with laughter,
Some are woven deep with pain.
Some teach us how to fall apart...
Some teach us to rise again.

We gather memories, not riches.
We carry kindness, not gold.
The love we give, the lives we touch...
Are the greatest stories told.

There will be smiles and silent tears,
Victories and lonely nights.
Dreams fulfilled, dreams left behind...
Yet hope still shines its light.

For birth is only the beginning...
And death is not defeat.
It is the closing of one chapter...
After a life made complete.

So while your heart is beating still,
Choose compassion over pride.
Leave footprints made of love and grace...
Not wealth you leave behind.

For one day...
Only two dates will remain...

The day you were born.
The day you departed.

Everything in between...
Is the story
You chose to write.
