Bitter Winter Sweet - Poem by Sylvia Chidi

Bitter Winter Sweet
Clattering shivering teeth
Frosty icy streets
People yearning for hot meat

A snowman freezes without heat
Snowy flakes lined up neat
Children play, laugh and sit
Schools close down in defeat
