Bored! ! ! ! - Poem by Nefertiti Goforth

One day when I was bored,
I jumped out the window & I soared.
I had no wings,
then suddenly a tree started 2 sing.

I flew past a cloud of cotton candy,
& a sign that said, 'This way Mandy.'
Suddenly the sky started to melt,
& I felt a sharp pain, it was a belt.

It turns out I was only sleep,
& my mom came in with a creep.
She had hit me in a fury,
& I jumped in a scurry.

I was suppose to be studying,
& when I was awoke, I was hurrying.
I said, 'It wont happen anymore! '
& all this happened 'cuz one day I was bored.
