Born To This World
Born to this world
as a lone child;
people rejoice.
I will exit this world
alone, as I always was
I’ll laugh, as people cry.
Your tears
have been long overdue
dear World, it’s too late.
You and you and you,
where were you
when I needed you?
I’ll swing my fist
in the air,
finally free of everything.
Now I worry of nothing
may you all perish
as I end my pain.
