ଜୟ ହୋ
ଗଜାନନ ମିଶ୍ର

ଜୟ ହୋ,
ମୋର ମା କହୁଛେ
ଛାତିଟେକି କରି ଆଗକେ ମାଡି ଯା
ଜେନଟା ଭାବୁଛୁ ହେଟା କରି ଜା
କାହାରିର ସାମ୍ନେ ମୁଡ ନେଇଁ ଝୁକା
ଉଚିତ୍ ଭାବୁଛୁ ଜେନଟା କହି ଜା।

ଜୟ ହୋ,
ମୋର ବୁଆ କହୁଛେ
ଥରକର ଜିବନରେ ବେଟା,
ଗଲେ ଆରୁ ନେଇଁ ଫିରେ,
ପାରେ ନ, ଜେନଟା କରମା କରିଜିମା
ଇ ଧାଡସେ ଥିଲାତକ୍,
ଗଲେ, ଗଲା ହେଟା।

ଜୟ ହୋ,
ବେଲ ଥଉ ଥଉ ଆ,
ନେଇଁ ଅଟକୁଁ କେହେନସିଠାନେ,
ମାଡି ଜିମା ଏନ୍ତା ଇନୁ
ଅଁଧାର ଛୁଇଁ ନେଇଁ ପାରେ ଆମକେ କେଭେ,
ଆମେ ଥିମା, ଆମେ ଅଛୁଁ, ଆମେ ରହେମା
ଆମେ ଆମର ବଡ କହେମା, କହୁଥିମା।

Hurrah,
My mother telling me
March forward dear son without fear
What you think do it
Bow down not your head
What you think fit go on doing.

Hurrah,
My father is telling me,
You have got this life only once
Gone means gone with no return
Go on doing at this time.

Hurrah,
Wait not anywhere dear
So long as time is with us
No dark can touch us
We were here we are here
We will be here
We tell ourselves bin
We used to tell so.
