Breakdown - Poem by Bridget Bush

Stop resisting, just give in
It's all your fault, you are the sin
Breakdown and lose
you cannot choose
You aren't the one in control
Fall deeper into the black hole
weep your tears, don't dry your eyes
we don't hear the sinner's cries
anger, anger, rage, and hate
sink in deeper, it's not too late
on your head is the thorned crown
close your eyes and breakdown, breakdown, breakdown
give into your feelings and hate yourself
don't hate me, I love myself
You are my puppet, I run the show
just watch your quiet sanity go
give in, do not resist
you have started this little tryst
it's starting now, it will not halt
you blame me, but it's all your fault
I'm coming closer and closer to town
just to witness your miraculous breakdown
you can't fly away, you don't have wings
and I'm the puppeteer pulling those strings
I'll wallow in my selfish rejoice
because you can't make the choice
start to smile, do not frown
while I make you breakdown, breakdown, breakdown
