Breaking Me Slowly Poem by You... don't... want me...

Breaking Me Slowly

You tell me that I'm yours
Yet will not stake your claim
You say that you love me dearly
Yet cause me so much pain

Don't tell me that you love me
When clearly I'm just a trophy
Don't tell me that you want me
It's not what your actions show me

You say these words
Then do these things....

How do you expect,
me to feel
As if ur words,
make ur actions not so real

It hurts me, that you cannot see
All the pain you are causing me

You do not listen to
the words I say
Do not try to
understand how I feel
You do not try to
hear about me day
You do not try to
see if I'm okay

Do you care for me at all?
Would you catch me if I fall?

Cause you see the hurt you cause?
Do my tears make you stop and pause?

I love you so, but do you me
This is what I want to see

Will this stop and make you think
Will these words make your heart sink

Will your actions match your words
Or will this letter just make you mad....
