Breaking The World Record Poem by Tulsi Shrestha

Breaking The World Record

Breaking World Record
Me here, going to break the world record
In appreciating and exposing your beauty.
Displaying your features in chessboard
Feel proud to claim, as a poet it's my duty.

Me one among a few great liars
Praising bundle of your grey hair
As a silver zone of black rainy cloud
How clever I'm to make you feel proud.

The world may be addressing you ugly
But I made you believe, you are so lovely.
I counted numbers wrinkles in your forehead
So less to prove, it's not time for you to fade.

Still you are so beautiful, playful, both
Think how beautiful you are in your youth.
My magical words make you ready for bed
You behave like new bride, cheeks turning red.

My hypocritical expression hypnotises you
At least, ten times a day I quarrel with you
But me, really wise enough to present us
As an Ideal couple preparing for rush.
