Inhale the air, let your lungs shout
For every breath we take
Is a precious gift we must not forsake
Breathe in, breathe out
Feel the cool breeze, hear nature's shout
Inhale the scent of flowers in bloom
As the petals dance, lifting the gloom
Breathe in, breathe out
Let go of all your doubts
Release the tension, ease the stress
In this moment, find true bliss
Breathe in, breathe out
As the waves crash and the seagulls shout
Inhale the salty ocean breeze
Let it fill you up, put your mind at ease
Breathe in, breathe out
In the mountains, hear the winds shout
As they whisper secrets of the earth
Let them guide you, for what it's worth
Breathe in, breathe out
Feel the warmth of the sun, let it sprout
Seeds of joy within your soul
As you breathe, let yourself be whole
Breathe in, breathe out
In the city, hear the hustle and bustle about
But amidst the chaos, find your inner peace
Through every inhale, every exhale, release
Breathe in, breathe out
In the meadows, hear the birds sing and shout
As they soar high in the sky
Breathe with them, let your spirit fly

In the stillness of the night, hear the stars shout
As they twinkle in the sky above
Let their light fill you with love

With each breath, let go of doubt
For you are alive, you are here
In this moment, let go of fear

Inhale the freshness of spring
Exhale the weight of winter, let your heart sing

In the autumn breeze, let your worries scout
For in the falling leaves, there lies beauty

Let your breath be your constant guide
As you journey, let it be your stride
