Broken Poem by Mikayla Haberbosch

Broken

Darkness shrouds her face,
and veils her eyes with pain.
No longer caring who sees,
she sits alone and slowly dies,
starting from the insid out.
A sob escapes her broken smile,
a tear rolls down her cheek.
A cut for every tear,
a bruise for ever sob.
Her clothes are soaked in blood,
her body black and blue.
With one last breath,
she breathes a sigh,
the knife blade to her throat.
peace shrouds her face,
and veils her eyes,
as she finally ends it all.
