the night sky feels so lonely so cold
it has been one month since the breakup
it took everything to stay strong and bold
this feels like a nightmare i just want to wake up

what makes this worse is the way we ended on bad terms
even worse you had another girl to run to
i feel like my heart is filled with burns
and i will warn her you will want someone knew

maybe she will be smarter then me
maybe she wont fall and get hurt
why couldnt i see
not it can never work

i loved you once never again
