Its time for the poems to leave an empty heart
its time for the tears to stop running from my eyes
its time for me to stop falling apart
its time to stop all of the lies

you left me dont forget
you didn't bother to even look back
you left me to always regret
you told me that i was the lack

the poems are in my head
the memories are in my heart
i remember what ALL you said
i remember when you tore me apart

i remember when you wrapped me in your arms
you held my hand with care
you kept me from impossible harms
and for once you actually shared

you told me you loved me
and i truly loved you
now its impossible for us to be
bc she loves you to

you dont see me any more
you dont hear my voice
you call me a lousy w h o r e
and you know what it was ALL your choice

if you honestly loved me like you said
you wouldn't have walked away from me like that
your honest words still linger in this lonely head
i used to feel so needed now i just feel used and fat

you used to be the one that i would run to when times got hard
but now your the one im running from you see
you NEVER told me that you were running for her and made it so HARD
and you'll never EVER get to see

you'll never get to see
you'll be the one to regret
you'll never get to see what we could be
and when you give away your heart i hope you'll fret!
