Bubbles Of Stress - Poem by Sylvia Chidi

In the era of your foolishness
Springs to life bubbles of stress
These chains that bind you senseless
Grieve your mind, control and oppress

And round and round in circles
Spins your life out of control
You bury yourself deep in your soul
When just once you were more than whole

Bubbles of stress and distress
Negativity has to be suppressed
Bubbles of progress and success
Positivity, one has to address in excess
